Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done at your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Anythingexplanation Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in California.

We will confirm that we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we look into what happened. That may include getting in touch with the provider. Then we reply to tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer the email and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
